Therefore 

i demand from lawmakers around the world that, for each unit produced by industry from the following sectors:
      food, water / wastewater, energy, traffic / transportation, communication, information

1.    For each unit of the product in addition to price and technical information also the production  costs of the product should be reported, so the cost per unit of the product were clearly visible to any potential buyer.
and that should be protected by law and be binding for each manufacturer without exception

2.    should be established statutory definition of the standard product description  and published as a reference / link, which lists all of the following options:
production costs, resource consumption, maintenance costs/indirect costs, the warranty period.

This standard product description should be updated according to the current real technological development of the society every year.
This standard product description  should be used only as a guide, as reference point for producers and consumers.

Lawmakers say the law by which for  each unit of production an  Independence Index is calculated (II ). This Independence Index is the difference between the properties (parameters) of the unit of the real product and the properties taken from the definition of the standard product (see point 2.)

3.    Legislators are taking the law by which for  each unit of production an II - Independence Index is calculated (II ). This Independence Index is the difference between the properties (parameters) of the real production unit and the properties taken from the definition of the standard product (see point 2.)
